New patients

Your family's first visit

A first visit takes about an hour for an adult and is usually shorter for a child.

  1. Step 1: Ask for a visit

Use the form or call us. Tell us who is coming, a good day, and how you would like us to reply.

  2. Step 2: We check your benefits

If you have dental insurance, our patient coordinator checks each plan's benefits and tells you what it says it covers before you come in.

  3. Step 3: Fill in your forms

Health history and consent forms are in the practice's own secure portal, not on this website. Paper forms are there too if you prefer them.

  4. Step 4: The exam

Your dentist looks at your teeth and gums, takes X-rays if they decide you need them, and tells you what they found.

  5. Step 5: A plan in writing

You leave with a written plan and an estimate for any treatment, and time to ask questions before you decide.

Fill in your new-patient forms

Complete health history and consent forms before you arrive. They open in the practice's own secure portal.

Before you come in

What should I bring?

Your insurance card if you have one, a photo ID and a list of the medicines you take. If you have recent dental X-rays, bring them or ask your old office to send them.

Do I enter medical details on this website?

No. The contact form asks for none. Health history goes on the forms in the practice's own secure portal.

Can you get my records from my last dentist?

Yes. Give us your previous practice's contact details and, with your written permission, we'll ask for your records before your first visit.

Ready to book a first visit?

Tell us who is coming and a good time. We'll take it from there.
