By using the Frost Dental Studio website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please don't use the website.

Services provided

Frost Dental Studio provides general dental care: exams and cleanings, fillings and crowns, whitening and smile care, and urgent visits. Licensed dental professionals provide the care. When a case needs more training than ours, we refer you to a dentist who has it.

Appointments and cancellations

We ask for 24 hours' notice to cancel or change a visit. A late cancellation or a missed visit may carry a fee, which the practice sets and tells you about when you book. We may reschedule a visit for clinical or operational reasons.

Patient responsibilities

Patients are responsible for giving accurate health information, following treatment advice, keeping scheduled visits and telling their dentist about any change in their health.

Limits of this website

The website explains what the practice does. It doesn't give medical advice, and a message sent through it is not a way to reach us in an emergency. Results vary from person to person and depend on your health and on following care instructions.
